The founder
One operator, accepting five clinics.
Easier Clinic is run by Huzaifa Usmani, an operations and automation specialist building Easier Clinic out of Nanolix Digital. The work that became this offering started as ad-hoc ops fixes for clinic owners who were tired of vendor-juggling.
The patterns repeated. Every practice was re-keying Medicare numbers between systems. Every practice had a recall list nobody actioned. Every practice's "dashboard" lived in the bookkeeper's head.
Easier Clinic productises that work into a single 14-day install. The first five founding clinics get founder-rate pricing in exchange for case-study access. After that, the price moves up — and the testimonials become something we've earned, not written.
What we believe

We only work with private Australian clinics. Every SOP, every integration, every VA training module is shaped by how a real practice runs day to day — not by a generic playbook borrowed from agency or e-commerce ops.
Founder is in Sydney. Delivery is Australian-managed across onshore and offshore talent. APP 11, RACGP, and MBS schedule changes are part of the standing operating context — not an extra service line.
Nobody remembers how many hours a VA logged. They remember whether the no-show rate dropped, whether claims are getting paid faster, whether the practitioner started on time. That's what we report on.
Patient data, billing, and compliance aren't places to move fast and break things. We document, we audit, we back up, we repeat. The exciting part of the work is making the unglamorous parts disappear from your calendar.
