Who we are

Easier Clinic (“Easier Clinic”, “we”, “us”) provides operations services to Australian healthcare clinics. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and during our engagements.

What we collect

  • Information you provide via forms (name, email, phone, clinic name, role, message content).
  • Aggregated technical data — IP address, device type, browser, referrer, approximate city — used only to keep the site secure and to localise content.
  • Information you share during a diagnostic call (clinic stack, pain points, KPI numbers). We do not collect patient health information through this website.

How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and run the diagnostic call.
  • To send the materials you requested (e.g. spreadsheet templates).
  • To improve the website and our services.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Where we store it

Form submissions are routed to our internal CRM and email providers, hosted in Australia and the European Union with encryption in transit and at rest. We follow the cross-border disclosure principles in APP 8 — your data is only shared with service providers contractually bound to equivalent standards.

Cookies & analytics

At the time of writing, this site uses no third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. We use only the minimum technical cookies required for the site to function (e.g. session). If we add analytics later, we will update this notice and add a consent banner.

Your rights

You may at any time:

  • Ask what information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Withdraw consent for further contact.

Email hello@easierclinic.com and we will action requests within 30 days, in line with APP 12 and APP 13.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first. If you're not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may update this notice as we add functionality. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
